做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
