做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。
