做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
