做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
