做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。
