做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
