做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
