做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
