做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
