做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
