做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
