做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
