做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
