做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
