做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
