做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
