做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
