做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
