做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
