做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
