做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
