做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
