做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
