做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
